What People Are Saying About Coaching with Me

Zoe has been absolutely amazing for my teenage son, who was very withdrawn and didnt know what to do with himself. He had a series of coaching sessions with her and he is now fired up and passionate about his future. He's working harder at college, as he has a goal he's excited about. Most importantly he is happier and more confident in himself. I honestly can't thank Zoe enough for the amazing work she has done. I'm so pleased I made this investment in my son's future.

Zoe helped my teenage children to have confidence and speak their feelings . They enjoyed her sessions and trusted her wholeheartedly. Zoe gave practical advice to myself in how to support my family and signposted other useful services. I would not hesitate to recommend Zoe. Zoe believes in her clients and shows them how to believe in themselves.

You've Got Questions?
I Have Answers!

If you haven't accessed a course like this to support your needs, it can feel daunting, but don't worry!

I'm here to make the process as friendly as and action focussed as possible to help you to get the most out of it.

I've kept the content to the most important aspects and focussed on actions you can take to support your child's unique relationship with the World.

  • How do I know if this course is right for me?
If your child often gets overwhelmed by lights, noise, smells, crowds, or if they shut down, get irritable, or exhausted in everyday environments, this course is for you so that you can help them. Whether your child is diagnosed, you suspect they are neurodivergent or have been told they are "too sensitive," you’ll find tools and relief here.
  • Will this help with meltdowns, shutdowns, or burnout?
Yes. This course is designed to help you understand your child's unique sensory profile so you can prevent overload and help them to recover more quickly when it happens. You’ll learn how to spot the early signs, reduce triggers, and build re-regulation routines that support your nervous system as well as theirs.
  • I’ve tried to manage my child's environment before, what’s different about this?
This isn’t about generic advice like "just wear noise-cancelling headphones." This is about deep self-understanding and learning how their sensory system works, mapping what your child needs, and creating strategies that fit your life, and your child's own unique sensory profile. Helping you to manage your own sensory environment as well as theirs can also offer your family a greater depth of understanding and confidence.
  • How long will it take to complete the course?
The video training is concise and practical. You can complete it in about an hour. The real transformation happens as you work through the included sensory profile workbook, which you can revisit anytime. Go at your own pace, and come back whenever you need a reset, or your child moves through a new phase of development as this can bring change with it.
  • Is this a substitute for therapy or medical advice?
No. This is a self-awareness and self-regulation course based on coaching and lived experience, not a clinical or diagnostic tool. It complements other support you might have, but it’s not a replacement for therapy or medical treatment.
